Global Pathway Consultancy was established very recently as an independent but coordinating Body of Teastar Global (Pvt.) Ltd. Teastar Global mainly concentrates on recruiting Sri Lankan manpower to European and Middle East Countries, and Global Pathway involves the Visa process of all those Job Applicants in the initial stage.

Still, we are the official Visa Consultants for Teastar Global. In addition to that, we involve student and migration visa processes to Japan, Poland, Hungary, and a few other European Countries.

We are already connected with Ten International Schools in Sri Lanka and we have collections of students who like to continue their Higher Education in Foreign Countries. Our main target is picking suitable candidates who fulfil the selection requirement for Foreign Universities or Educational Institutes with fluency in English or the requested language.

All the selectors will train at our training institute under professional teachers to upgrade their qualification up to Clients' requested parameters.

Dr. Arosha U. P. Rupasinghe

Managing Director

Dr. Arosha Rupasinghe is a Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) holder from University of Colombo and has worked as a medical professional in the public sector over 22 years. He is currently working as Grade 1 medical officer at Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital at the position of Senior Anesthetist and Intensivist.

He was a senior official at All Doctors Societies and Association at the hospital. He has a diploma in Business Management at Open University of Sri Lanka and is currently studying for the membership of Ceylon and Royal College International as a General Practitioner.

Dr. Rupasinghe is the sole proprietor of Pearl Park Complex which is a leading office complex in Wattala for the last 12 years. In addition to the responsibility of managing director at Teastar Global and Manager in Sri Lanka at Global Pathway Consultancy, he holds the Project Manager position at several Non-Government Voluntary Organizations and is the Sole Proprietor of Sugrama Entrepreneurs established to support small scale rural industries in Sri Lanka.

A well-known entrepreneur involved in exporting spices to Middle East countries a few decades back. Mr. Athalage now resides in Budapest, Hungary as the Director Marketing of Teastar Global (Pvt) Ltd.

He obtained a Business Management Diploma from National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) in Sri Lanka. He works at U. H. R. Partners Hungary which is a leading Recruiting Agency in Hungary, and also works for Teastar Global as a Marketing Executive for 16 European countries.

His main targets as Director Marketing include:

  • Increasing higher education opportunities for suitable candidates via Global Pathway Consultancy.
  • Arranging foreign funding for development projects and helping low income groups in Sri Lanka.
  • Conducting online activities and social media promotions to encourage foreign employers.
  • Promotion, planning, and executing of inbound tourism among European communities.
